Brave. That word is everywhere these days and with good reason; it takes a healthy dose of “Brave” to become the people we are designed to be. Fear and the circumstances of life love to try and rob us of our brave and make us feel “Small.” That’s part of my heart behind No Small Life and part of the reason I said ‘yes’ to the following opportunity.
About a year ago my incredible friend Pam Thum-Marshall asked if I would be interested in speaking at a conference she was hosting. Pam and her husband Stephen are amazing people with huge hearts for God and a sphere of influence that is far reaching.
To say I was, and still am shocked/humbled/overwhelmed/giddy/scared…well, that would be an understatement. 😀 But I said yes anyways and I’m so glad I did because now I get to announce to all of you that:
I’m speaking at the BORN2WIN Fearless Faithful Female conference next month in Lansing, MI!
I am BEYOND honored and humbled! And will be sharing the stage with these incredible people to speak into the lives of women the weekend of May 14th-16th.
The heart behind the Born2Win Fearless Faithful Female Conference is to:
“encourage, empower, and unite thousands in the HOPE of their beautiful identity in Christ.”
The heartbeat of this conference and its founders gels so well with the message of No Small Life. I can’t wait to be a part and witness what God has in store for all the incredible ladies I have the privilege of meeting and hanging with that weekend.
SO, first of all, to say I covet your prayers is an understatement! 😀 When you speak at a conference with the word “Fearless” in the title, lets just say you have the inside track on feeling afraid, and going forward anyway. Gotta love when you turn into a walking sermon illustration. 😉 LOTS of prep goes into something like this, especially when you’re the “New Kid on the Block.” (How many of you just sung “Hangin’ Tough” in your heads?? #daymade)
But, in all seriousness, the Lord has taught me SO much already and I can’t wait to pour it out.
Second, go check out all the details of the conference here! And if you’re in the area, register and come on out! And if you DO come out, make sure you say “Hi!”
I’m super friendly and we can hang at my merch table, with all the merchy things.
What kind of merchy things do I have???? I’ll be telling you real soon 😉
Congratulations! 🙂
