The beloved Shamrock Shake has been a marketing staple for McDonald’s since the 1970’s. And who wouldn’t love the idea of something creamy, minty, and green to welcome in St. Patty’s day and everyone’s favorite season SPRING.
Weeelllll…anyone whose not willing to dump 822 empty calories into their body that’s who. Lol
I’m all for treats. And the occasional shake is not going to hurt you.

That sounds delicious! I love tricking myself 🙂 I have tried blending just bananas before and I agree, it can be a little lacking. I’ve heard adding stevia, salt, and vanilla extract can help. But I LOVE the chocolate peppermint idea 🙂
